Plague purge causes lag when hitting a survivor

When using Plague's Vile Purge and it hits a survivor the Plague teleports or lags back to a prior location. Upon testing with this, it seems to happen mostly when fully charging up the purge. Corrupt purge seems to be the worst of it. The corruption usually goes through the survivor, only deciding to hit when it wants to. Or even lagging me back like they were hit but it doesn't register.

I don't have any issues like this with any other killer and it's been persistent on Plague for a while.
