Game freezes when a new game starts on xbox

Don't know if this has been reported before but approximately every 10th or so games this happens: I load into a lobby, game loads and starts and then I get the animation where I see my character and the name of the map and before I get to move my character the game literally goes brrrrrrrrrrrr and freezes and then shuts itself down and puts me to dashboard.

It's especially frustrating because for some reason I lose two pips every time this happens along with all the stuff/offering I bought.
