Ran into a tome one bug

Hi so I was a few months behind on dbd so I have been going though tome 1 challenges and I had the pallet stun the killer 4 times challenge which I did on a nurse but it hasn't trigged and I know o hot her 4 times 3 of them I was around a corner and led her into them with scratch marks and hidden away from view but it didn't trigger the challenge done
