Rank Glitch

Yesterday(Sept.25th) I got to rank 13 (Survivor) and Rank 16(Killer), I decided to stop playing for the night and went to bed. Got up the next day and my rank was all of a sudden 16(Survivor) and 20(Killer) and while this sucked I was going to just build up my rank again EXCEPT I can't. No matter how much I play and get gold or iridecent emblems it will not progress my rank, I've tried to see if I needed to update the game or my ps4 system but it did not need any updates. Is there anything that can be done?
