Rift skins (Mr. Puddles aka elephant clown)
Hi Everybody (and devs),
I’m really trying to get the elephant clown skin which was a community skin in the rift. It seems now that no rift skins have been able to be purchased or included in another rift. Really it’s his only amazing (or decent) skin.
Does anyone know if they will make them available for purchase later or re-release them in a rift?
Thanks!!

They said so atleast
They said a minimum of 6 months to 1 year. So I would expect within the next couple of months at the earliest. Regardless, it could be longer then that but it will eventually be in the store no matter what.
