PC - Pain sounds inside lockers after fully healed with Inner Strenght perk in lockers

Step 1: Boot the game

Step 2: Play as survivor in a public match

Step 3: In-game, enter a locker to heal from injured state to healthy state with the perk Inner Strenght.

Step 4: Character keeps making pain sounds after Inner Strenght was totally activated (heal from injured state to healthy state) (even several seconds after) (THIS IS ONLY INSIDE THE LOCKER, after you leave the locker you don't make any pain sounds).

Perks played: Inner Strenght, Head On, Dance With Me, Quick & Quiet

Frequency: Just one time, didn't test if happen again because I don't play too much nowadays and was just a one time build I tried.
