Stuck on rock on Sanctum of Wrath

Frequency: I just encountered this for the first time, but this hasn't been reported as far as I can see.

Description: I downed a survivor next to this rock on Sanctum of Wrath. They teleported on top of the rock and were placed in the dying state. They were unable to move, and I was unable to pick them up or hit them.

Steps to reproduce: Down a survivor next to this rock on Sanctum of Wrath.
