Tombstone not behaving correctly.

I click M1, I'm spun around, and nothing happens (first attempt in the video). The animation doesn't begin and I lose all momentum (this has happened while both parties are moving, too).

Steps to repeat:

1. Boot up the game
2. Select Myers and queue into a public lobby.
3. Equip any tombstone add-on.
4. Reach sufficient EW to reach EW III.
5. Press M1 when within range of a survivor.
6. Strange things (see video above) may happen.
