No. If you do it through the forums, submitting video evidence and giving them everything they need, no.
Take note of the dates uploaded, and the views.
30th of August, received my email and I can assume that's the end of the line right there.
So even if you actually report properly, get some delicious video evidence of killers Deranking, or the rare cheater, it's for nothing. Don't bother. Sad.
