Title Screen Hell

Okay so,

I know people are constantly bickering about "fix that" and "fix this", but please, Behaviour Interactive, if you read this: Can you be so kind and fix the hellscape of a title screen you got for Dead by Daylight?

If you somehow have missed this issue, for what I will guess, has been existing since Dead by Daylight was released, then let me explain. As far as I know, me being on a PS4 Pro, it's only on PS4, but I'm sure Xbox deals with it as well. Yet, it's not everybody, I know several people who not got this issue, why, I got no idea. Anyway, when I start up Dead by Daylight and either skip or watch the cut-scene so that I reach the title screen, my PS4 tries to commit "seppuku". It goes in full blast and turns off before it even gets to warn me of overheating. This is every time I start up Dead by Daylight and the only way for me to actually play the game, is by making sure my PS4 has been shut down for some time and is completely cold before reaching your title screen. Now why is this your problem?

Your title screen has an uncapped frame rate. That's it. That's all you have to fix. Please. Cap it. How hard can that be?

Here's the "solutions" on our end, that would've probably been mentioned here haven't I debunked them:

  1. Clean your PS4 (remove dust). This is not the problem, my PS4 is dust-free. It has been cleaned, more times than I can remember and I've never found much dust on the inside.
  2. Turn off 4K, HDR and Boost Mode (in case of Pro). Doesn't help, I've tried, countless times. The title screen is still uncapped and my PS4 will try to do it in as many frames as possible, no matter how much it hurts itself in its confusion.
  3. Buy a new PS4. Why should that be necessary? Consoles aren't supposed to be a gamble, hoping to luck out that the console you buy wont try to kill itself during Behaviour Interactive's title screen.

I've been dealing with it as long as I can remember and done my fair share of research to see if many others are dealing with it. I find posts that goes back up to four years back and "solutions" given vary a lot, none however that works. Because there's simply nothing we can do.
