QQ: Is Auto-Adjust Any Good?

Boss

(QQ = Quick Question, btw. 😋)

I always have auto-adjust off in the settings menu.

It says it'll auto-adjust the resolution to fit your performance.

I turned it on for today and didn't really notice a difference from usual.

Does anyone here use it or experimented with it?

Does it help you?

Is there a big difference normally?
