Survivors bringing OoO and Flashlight just to taunt the killer?

I play both sides and have gotten over being pissed at survivors bringing flashlight with red Bulb and OoO and just leave them as is. From what I noticed, they try to taunt, make notification noises, flashlight click, bodyblock as much as possible just so they could get the killer's attention. One particular loadout they always use is:


Decisive Strike

Unbreakable

Dead hard

OoO

Purple Flashlight w/ Iri Bulb and flashlight


I run a passive totem cleaner build whenever I play survivor but can loop to a degree. What runs on their minds? Do they get off from making the killer pissed? And yet they get angry if you mori them early
