Is dragon's grip bugged at tier 1?
I tried the at perk level 1 on hag, but it doesn't give notification when it triggers nor it shows any aura for 4 seconds.

Yeah, for me nobody is screaming when it activates.
Yes it is. It does expose the survivor but you don't get the bubble notification.
To get they same effect they would need distortion and calm spirit. Wow
