Survivor Stuck Behind Hook (Yamaoka Estate)
Was just playing the clown and had put Felix on the hook. Once he was unhooked, I came back and noticed that he was somehow stuck behind the hook and couldn't move. I was able to knock him down but wasn't able to pick him up. There wasn't much that I could do, and he eventually died to the entity. The survivors also tried to help, but all they could was heal him. This happened on PC, although the survivor was cross platform for me. So far, this has only happened once.
