On PS4, there is a specific wall/bush that has a hidden patch of ultra-strength glue on it.

It has been here since Pyramid Head came out, by my memory of it.

The survivor can only move on the spot; the only way to get free is to be downed and picked up by the killer (to my knowledge). You get stuck there by moving near to the wall when running past it.
