Went against a clown with no red stain at all and he had no perks that effect it. Is this a bug or bad graphic to stains?

It's a bug, add it to the list of new bugs that came out with the patch, another day of dbd.
F the person who is in charge of telling them to release buggy patches instead of holding them till they can fix them.
