Real reason?

I know I know I make post about Crossprogression and I get it but I wanted to know if BHVR gave us a real reason to not include crossprogression for Xbox and ps4 but did it for switch, there is absolutly no reasons to do that, Xbox would be fine to do so and many Switch players wanna transfer to xbox, why BHVR why?

Pretty sure Microsoft would be open to it in all honesty, Sony I'm not so sure about it
