Bug when hooking the survivors as the Oni.

A bug that's been frequently happening while playing the Oni is that when a survivor is placed on a hook, they end up stuck on the hook unable to die. The survivor can't be unhooked, nor can the hook be broken. Even in the world collapse the survivor on the hook won't die. The survivor is also then taken into the killers POV.

For the person playing the killer, the Oni, any kind action like breaking pallets or doors, damaging generators, vaulting, absorbing blood orbs and activating blood fury no longer trigger. The moment speed of the Oni is also decreased to the point where it can't keep up with survivors. The only thing the killer still can do is basic and lunge attacks.
