Ps4 - Stuck in carrying state
Possible steps to recreate
Step 1: Start game and play a killer match (Nurse)
Step 2: Injured survivor vaults pallet and I grab them during the chain blink window
Step:3: After the fatigue ends I am not carrying the survivor but am stuck in the carrying state (I can't hook, drop the survivor, break pallets or gens, vault, get stunned by pallets, pick up survivors, or use my power.)

This has only happened to me 1 time
