[ PC ] Survivor "teleporting" back to hook
After I am unhooked, the game plays as normal for about ten seconds however it "teleports" me back to the hook where the killer gets a hit and downs me again.

- Map: Any map
- Frequency of the issue: 3/5 games, once or twice per game
