Lost Tapes...?

Countfunkular

Okay what in God's name is this supposed to mean. I am so confused. Is something going to release with this killer giving us some more lore bits.

Every man knows what this means please tell me.
Unless this is nothing more than Misdirection

Some perk descriptions mention the Lost Tapes, so there are 8 of them.

• Dark Sense
• Hope
• Kindred
• Lightweight
• No One Left Behind
• Plunderer's Instinct
• Small Game
• Spine Chill
