Impossible to cleanse HexTotem

GrapeJuice

PC

The Hextotem was between two trees and was unable to reach so i couldnt Cleanse it. By the mean time, the killer downed me there and he couldn't reach me neither to take me and hook me up.

It's the first time since the new patch that I see this bug

Unfortunatly I dont Remember the name of the map.
