Why would they give you money for spending money?
We're getting exclusives. See the Dwight face in the PTB for owning Leatherface.
It's something I guess, but it's better than nothing.
Why so greedy? No one forced you to buy the DLC
In my opinion it's a good way to give us exclusive cosmetics for purchasing any DLC
