Small Meyers/Ghostface rework to go with map updates

Since the devs are adding breakable walls to more maps to spice up gameplay they should add more unique ways for killers to interact with them besides break them, go around them, or blink with nurse. My thoughts to utilize them are to change the stalking killers not so used addons a bit.

Myers

Tacky Jewelry (brown)

Slightly increases Stalking Movement speed

Can phase through breakable walls while stalking

Jewelry (yellow)

Moderatly increases Stalking Movement speed

Can phase through breakable walls while stalking

Jewelry Box (green)

Considerably increases Stalking Movement speed

Can phase through breakable walls while stalking

Ghostface

Ditto on Headlines Cut-outs, Olsen's Journal, and Olsen's Wallet

I think adding more ways for killers to interact with breakable walls would be a fun addition to add to the game as they become more common
