I really feel like Freddy and Wraith have trouble with their stealth and that they can't effectively mind game since their stealth transition reveals where they are and where they are attacking from.
Freddy has a giant tell of where he's coming with his radius and that his image shows when he puts in dream state, I think his rare add on that hides him in dream transition should be part of his kit, this would give him a better spook factor and increase his chances for attacks.

And with the Wraith I'd go the opposite, when he bing bongs out of stealth a hallucination or multiple hallucinations with add ons of him should appear randomly like Doc to throw off survivors of where he's coming from.

    Freddy is more about his dream power rather than stealth, I get why people say stealth but freddy isn't about stealth. He's about using the power to hinder and track. Also, the lullaby isn't directional.
