Skill check glitch

I’ve made an account on here seriously to just talk about this. Idk if this glitch is just on PlayStation or if it’s across all platforms but throughout my 3 years of playing this game I’ve noticed that the glitch where skill checks don’t pop up has never gotten fixed

I’ll be doing a gen or healing someone and the sound for a skill check will trigger but the skill check won’t pop up on the screen and it will be like this for the rest of the game until I escape/die it’s very annoying and pretty much makes me useless to the team sense I can’t heal or do gens. I really hope the devs see it and fix it in the near future
