Perks change Killer from easy mode to hard mode

Generator slowdown is literally the most important thing in the game. Without perks like Corrupt, Pop and Ruin to regress progress and a perk like Discordance, BBQ or Thrilling to monitor where gens are being worked on it's actually GG.

It's all fun and games until you try running Adept Killer challenges. Freddy is really strong, but without BBQ and Pop he goes from Easy Mode to Hard Mode real quick

    Yeah. I can easily do gens/loop/escape as survivor without perks but ######### me if I'm even trying to play a perkless/base perks killer.
