The new Chapter is actually awesome
Both the Killer and Survivor have perks that will make it into my regular builds, which makes them very worthwhile for me. Regardless of how much I actually play the characters (Felix is a snack, but Blight's gameplay seems like a hot mess)
Desperate Measures will fit well with my current staple: Iron Will+Dead Hard+Blood Pact.
And Hex:Undying is extremely great with Hex:Ruin, which is one of my favorite Killer perks. It'll pretty much never leave my Pig, Legion and Freddy builds.
I have 505 cells from the Rift and 5500 shards currently. So I'll be able to unlock Felix on launch day (probably next week) and The Blight soon after.
