Devs, can you answer these questions about cosmetics? I'm talking about blighted skins in particular

1. Will Blighted skins ever be "sets"?
2. Since "prestige" cosmetics were possible on licensed characters, what about blighted skins? They both are technically changed "default" cosmetics. I'm mostly interested in demogorgon and ghostface, since their owners were open to new cosmetics possibilities.
3. What killers can we expect to get blighted this year?
