PC- Negative player experience points and impossible level
steps: look at experience and player level after finishing a match ( Sorry, thats all i got, i don't know how to write these things or have any idea what might have caused this)

Frequency of issue: noticed it after the match, did not continue to play past it for fear of breaking it worse
