PS4 - Stuck carrying nonexistent survivor after grabbing

1. Was chasing a survivor
2. They vaulted through a window
3. I grabbed them. The animation went through but without the survivor model.
4. I could hear the survivor (Ace) groaning. I went to a hook and though the R1 prompt to Hook was showing, pressing it did nothing.
5. Tried to put the “survivor” down. Nothing.
6. Could not use power, break palettes, etc. to get out of the holding survivor status.
7. Persisted until match end (survivors escaped).
