Bloodpoints cap?

All of my SWF have been able to surpass the 1,000,000 bloodpoint cap, but no matter how many times I hit it or surpass I get stuck at 1,000,000. Even my gift of the 150,000 didn't let me surpass the 1,000,000. Anyone know the cause of this?
