Escape Question

Hy, i play the Game for three and a half week right now.

I know so far, the hatch appears when one Survivior is left.

My Question is, is it possible to Escape when two Survivors are alive and two Gens left for escaping?

It happens to a few minutes ago, i have it on Video, because the last two Survivors doing nothing, i want something on Video for being hostage.

I hope you all doing at this Time and sry for may bad english, its nit my nativ language.

    hatch will spawn always if there is one person left, or if 1 gen is left and 3 are alive, 2 gens left 2 alive.

    The general rule for hatch spawn is: Gens required = Number of Survivors + 1

    ie for 4 survivors to escape via the hatch it requires 5 gens done.

    3 survivors = 4 gens done.

    Keep in mind that a purple or pink key will be required to open the hatch when it spawns (unless only one person is left) and that you can close it when its opened.

    You should be able to tell when it gets opened by the hatch icon beside the generator counter.

    Ah ok, i didnt know all the numbers for the hatch. I wanted to ask befor i doing some report because i dont know it and calling it cheating or something. The Game itself is stressful enough for new ones on both sides.
