Any reason why I keep getting this?

I get 2-3 times every time I search for a match which makes me have to ready up again each time I get it. Any reason in particular as to why I’m getting this? Never seen it before and it’s only been happening since I got on an hour ago.

    No Problem, I'm currently on a desktop and the forum has the twitter feed embedded unlike when on mobile.
