An update to Wraith, his add-ons, and his perks.

Power Changes

Cloak

  • Increased base cloak speed from 5.04 m/s to 7.0 m/s
  • The Wraith now gains total invisibility to survivors further than 16 meters
  • Noises made by the bell are now global and directionless.

"New" ability: Wind Rush

  • Hold the power button and release after 0.5 seconds while uncloaked to trigger Wind Rush, granting a 50% speed boost for 1 second.
  • Wind Rush has a 12 second cool down, refreshed upon cloaking.
  • Uncloaking will automatically trigger Wind Rush, putting it on cool-down

Wraith's power is underwhelming in all aspects, so he needs a buff across the board.

Without windstorm add-ons, his mobility is ass, so that gets a straight buff. If you're worried about it getting out of hand with add-ons, don't worry I'm changing those.

Even though he's supposed to be a stealth killer, he's not very sneaky at all. As such, I've given him Bone Clapper at base and upgraded his invisibility in open spaces.

His chase game is and always has been totally pathetic. Giving him an ability should allow him to compete. We all know how amazing his uncloak lunge feels, and this will let him use it without having such a massive penalty.

Add-on Changes

  • Uncloaks done via "The Serpent" will now trigger Wind Rush as if you had uncloaked normally.
  • Bone Clapper now refunds half the cooldown of Wind Rush if you land a surprise attack.
  • Blink now also decreases the time to activate Wind Rush by the same percentage as it decreases your cloak time.
  • Windstorm now decreases the cooldown of Wind Rush by 1/2/3 seconds.

Perk Changes

  • Predator: Your acute tracking ability allows you to hone in on disturbances left by survivors. Scratch marks of survivors with whom you are not in chase have their auras revealed within a range of 20/24/28 meters.
  • Bloodhound: In addition to its current effects, causes Blood Trails to spawn a 2-meter tall miasma with the same intensity as the blood.
  • Shadowborn: You have keen vision in the darkness of the night. Survivors are slightly/moderately/considerably more discernible.

Additionally, this would come with an FOV slider being added. Similar to how it's unacceptable to not have a Color-Blind mode, it's unacceptable to force people to run a perk to simply avoid motion sickness.
