Cross-progression
So I recently switched over to PC gaming from xbox not too long ago. I saw that cross-save and cross progression was now available as well, does this mean that i can now play with the progress that i have made on my xbox by linking it my steam account?

Nope, cross Progression is not available yet and Xbox is excluded either way
