The Blight can actually be faster than the Hillbilly

According to the Dead by Daylight Wiki, both the Hillbilly and the Blight have the same alternate speed of 230%. The Death and Doom engravings can increase the Hillbilly's speed to 265%. The Blight has two addons that increase his rush speed for each token consumed. With both Compound Twenty-One and Compound Thirty-Three, the Blight can reach a speed of 270% when all rush tokens are consumed.

    well yes but you are a bit off on the numbers,

    Double engravings makes hillbilly move at 310% speed

    And double compounds make Blight move at 322% speed on the last token

    The speed boosts are relative to there speed while already in there power
