Bug carrying a survivor DBD PATCH 4.1.3 on PC

I was playing Legion on Wretched shop with the build: Corrupt Intervention, Hex: Devour Hope, Enduring and Spirit Fury.
The bug occurred when i got when i grabbed a feng jumping out of a locker (using the M1 interaction not the spacebar). From that point on i got stuck carrying her, i couldnt place her on the hook or drop her on the floor i couldnt vault windows or break pallets and generators. Pallets wouldnt stun me and flashlights wouldnt stun me either but still apply the blind effect.
At that point i tried chasing survivors the best i could even though i was only using the short m1 attack you have while carrying a survivor. Couldnt use my power either. The bug fixed itself once feng bled out. (the bar wasnt moving down either it just happened after a while).
I ended up still winning the match after the Feng bled out because the survivors kept running around me and not actually finishing the game and in the end game chat i got called an hacker because i couldnt be stunned and still won ( because they refused to work on gens untill i finally got free from the bug but hey, what can you do.) Worried their reports might cause my account to get flagged because of the bug.
