Undying makes hexes jump to dull totems

Haunted ground turns a hex totem into a dull one if the other is cleansed

What happens if HG and Undying are the last totems standing and HG is cleansed?

Does the other HG totem become a dull totem or another HG totem? In other words what's the ordering of these triggers?
