How Come The Blight’s Rush Does Not Give STBFL Stacks

As the title says. I have noticed you do not get stacks yet isn’t the attack after just a basic attack? If I am not mistaken similar killers like spirit and wraith get stacks from it. So why not this killer?

    It's probably like that due to similarity it has with legion.


    And Nurse, Spirit, and Wraith's power ends before you M1. While Legion and this guy's m1 happens during the power, and that's why I guess it's not considered a basic attack.
