Bloody Fury remains stuck at 99.9% cannot absorb blood orbs

Usually happens when all generators are done. Hitting survivors will always show the blood absorbing animation and will never fill the gauge . Makes Oni’s ability useless at endgame

    You were using one of the add-ons that lower the time it takes for his power to naturally recharge, if you do this bug happens if you would max out naturally, it's a known bug that still hasn't been fixed.
