I'm going to assume they will reuse the assets of the pustules, to have a ingame interaction (like the pyramid head cages, the pig boxes, plague founts, demogorgon portals, etc.)


The killer has to find them to collect the serum, he could inject it himself to have more "strength" (increase movement speed or have instadown.)


The memento mori probably will be injecting it to the survivor and see how the survivor expel fluids through all the orifices of his body like the trapper in the halloween cinematic.


And the survivors will be able to collect the serum to wither it, so the alchimist don't be able to collect them.



If not it will be a surprise, but im pretty sure this is how the alchemist will be.

    I too think he's gonna be able to collect stuff to mix his serum resulting in a buffed state that allows him to gain access to strong abilities.

    The map will probably be a variation of father campbells chapel.

    Hopefully the perks will be useful.
