PC - Softlock after loading the match

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match

Step 3 : Load the match

Step 4 : The game softlock

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Character played: Prestige 3 Claudette Morel

Map: Badham Preschool II - Springwood

Perks played: No Mither, Resilience, Spine Chill, Iron Will

Frequency of the issue: 3-5 min. (I am not sure about this)

There was one console guy in my team. Other 3 were PC.

I couldn't move. After switching to windows and back to the game, I could move atleast with the mouse. After a while I got an error code: 500.
