Site search does not work

Can't search up anything on the site. Was able to a month or so back, cannot anymore.

1. Go to the https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/
2. Enter something in the searchbar of the site
3. Pic related

Occurs every time.

By the way: the link to the "example of how a bug report should look" when making a report is dead
