PSA: PC - Smooth Frame Rate FPS limiter = ridiculous game stutter every 15-20 seconds
Been dealing with this for weeks, failing skill checks, missing hits, etc. Why the ######### this would be the default in a PC game is beyond me. I know a lot of people already uncap this via engine.ini for FPS but I didn't realize it was the cause of the game breaking stuttering until right now.
