Dual mmr system to help midigate the problems of rank 1s vs rank 20s

If possible the mmr system should use 2 measurements for match making to move players to where they should be faster by using 2 factors together

  1. Individual killer mmr ratings
  2. General killer mmr ratings

This would mean that as you play one killer their mmr contributes a little to the general killer mmr making it so all killers have small increases to mmr and small losses to mmr by playing other killers so in general if you play for a while but pick up a new killer you should at least be going against decent survivors
