Silent hill Edition

I bought the silent hill edition that includes flesh and mud, spark of madnness and some other. I didnt get the Corrupted skin nor the survivor skin. Anyone else have this problem? any solutions?

    Those skins are only obtainable in the in-game store. If you ought the chapter you only get two charms, the Seal of Metatron (Uncommon) which is automatically unlocked, and the Vic Viper charm (Very-rare) which you can unlock by selecting the pyramid head, going into the menu, and doing the Konami code (up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, Enter).
