What does this debuff mean?
Okay so I've looked all over the place at the killer perks, and I have no idea what this is. I was able to nab a screenshot in game but forgot to check post game if he had anything specific on his build.
I know the one of the left (skulls) is one of the nurse perks which I cannot spell. But I don't know what the other one is and I can't exactly see anywhere where I can look it up so any help would be appreciated! Thank you 💕

It is a complement to Freddy that slows down the actions of survivors.
