Stakeout change
With the Great Skill check bonus reduced from 2% to 1%, the already under-used perk, Stakeout, had it's ability cut in half. The perk requires putting yourself in danger, only works against killers with a terror radius, takes too long to get a stack, and gives almost nothing for it. How about we actually get something useful from it to make the task of getting stacks worth it?

Stakeout - Getting close to the killer fills you with determination. For each 12 seconds you are standing within the Killer Terror Radius and not in a chase, you gain a Token up to a maximum of 3/4/5 Tokens. The duration of aura reading perks are increased by 1 second for each Token of Stakeout. All Tokens of Stakeout are lost when you are hooked by The Killer.
