Tenacity, Unbreakable, Flip-Flop, Boil Over w/ Alex's Hacksaw and cutting wire.
Might need a full squad running this though.
For killer: try gen assasin plague. Use the add-on that gives her corrupt purge when a gen is complete and another add-on of your choice. Use tinkerer to be stealthy when they start finishing the generator. Use bitter murmur to find the people who did the gen. Use cruel limits to block all the windows. Last perk is your choice.
For survivor: Try detective's hunch, rainbow map, and inner strength, try it. It's so much fun, I love it.
